Adam is a renowned chef to the stars with over 19 years of experience, father to four beautiful children and a fitness enthusiast. 

In each episode, we'll delve into a specific topic related to intermittent fasting, wellness and self-care, from the science behind it to the practical application. Our guests will include experts in the field, from nutritionists and doctors to fitness trainers and psychologists, who will share their insights and experience with our listeners.

We'll also hear from some of our inspirational members about their journey and success with Intermittent Fasting. 

We'll discuss various types of intermittent fasting, such as the 16:8, 5:2, and OMAD methods, and explore the benefits and potential drawbacks of each.
